Ordering & Payments

Please note that all order confirmation emails come from customer.service(at)vigr.ca email address. Check your junk mail folders for our tracking and confirmation emails as many email filters automatically send our emails to them.

VIGR.ca uses PayPal and Shopify Payments and all major credit cards to process payment of orders. We can also accept direct payment through email transfers and can take credit card over the phone.

Shipping/Delivery

Products will be shipped when full payment is received and processed. Products can be expected to arrive within 3-9 days for orders in Canada and from 8-13 business days for packages shipped to the continental United States. We use Canada Post as our shipping partner, and they are extremely reliable. 

Within the Regina, Saskatchewan area, delivery is available. Contact the VIGR team at customer.service@vigr.ca for free-of-charge product delivery. Payment in cash is due upon delivery.

Returns

If there is problem with the product(s) you receive from VIGR.ca, contact the VIGR team at customer.service@vigr.ca within 14 days of receiving your product.

We will be happy to work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied.
